We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it. If there is going to be a wait on an item, it will be listed on the product page.  There will be no back orders, you will have to place the order again, if we are out of stock on an itme.

Fed Ex Ground

 

I highly recommend Fedex Ground on packages over 3#'s.  

 

 Due to the fact we are just starting to supply, you may find that you are the proud owner of a recycled box for shipping.  (Hey, it's good for the planet anyway!)

We highly suggest that you sample before ordering in larger quanities.  We DO NOT do returns on fragrance oils.  With that being said...we know we are human, and if you receive the wrong order, we will be more than happy to replace the item.  (We will of course pick up the shipping on that!)  If something of that nature would ever happen, please email us or call us right away, and we will give you instructions for returns.
